Yes, I am able to customize all of our facials for each individual, so we will cater the products we use to make sure everything is safe! We will also make sure you are as comfortable as possible by providing extra pillows since you will be laying on your back.

Facials are recommended at least once a month to help aid in the skin cell turn-over process which happens approximately every 30 days. As we get older, this cell turn-over process will slow down, which contributes to dull looking skin, blackheads, fine lines, wrinkles, and coarsely textured skin. Monthly facials will assist in a more youthful look, resulting in soft and supple skin.

I strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that all clients: Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that your esthetician may have the opportunity to reschedule another client.

• Cancellations & reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours to your appointment) will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled.  
• Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be required to forfeit their appointment and pay a cancellation fee.  
• Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a “No Show” fee, which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s).
• Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in our system.

• By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or a no-show.

Due to health regulations, only products that have been unopened and unused can be returned. Unfortunately a refund cannot be given for any reason relating to product effect or compatibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for both in-store and online purchases with original receipt within 30 days of purchase. If return is granted, in store credit will be given. 

If you are curious about trying a product before purchasing, ask for a sample and one will be provided!
